First Payments must however be made 48 hours before your session is due to take place (BACS payments for all future sessions must also be made with 48 hours).

Late Fees will be charged at £15 when payment is not received on time and £5 Time and Administration charge for each reminder then sent to chase payment

For package sessions I am happy to agree a payment instalment plan as appropriate.
Cancellation Policy:
​
I fully understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances mean that you may need to cancel appointments. However, in order to meet all of my valued clients’ needs and requirements I have a strict cancellation policy in place.
For cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment 50% of the fee will be invoiced to the client. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will require 100% of the fee to be paid by the client.
If in unavoidable situations appointments need to be cancelled me- full refunds (pro-rata) will be provided or appointments re-arranged as appropriate for the client.

Arriving late for an appointment:

If you are running late for an appointment - contact myself or the receptionist as soon you can. We will do our best to provide you with your full appointment time allocation, but this may not always be possible.
When it is not possible the session fee remains payable in full.
Contact outside of appointments:

I can be contacted outside of scheduled appointments via telephone call, text or email and will always aim to respond to you within 24 hours. Should additional regular and frequent contact be required fees will be discussed.
Clinical Supervision:
​
In order to ensure continued best practice- I receive regular supervision during which we discuss and review work with clients. Any reference to specific clients are treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality and at no point do we divulge information that would disclose the identity of my clients.

Success of recommended therapies depend entirely on an individual’s commitment to attending sessions and following action plans agreed between the practitioner and client. In the specific case of clinical hypnosis and NLP, susceptibility can be varied.

How We Process Your Personal Data: Samantha Abraham London Life Coach and Therapies Centre Ltd acts as a data controller for use of your personal information to provide Hypnotherapy, NLP and Life Coaching, Complementary Therapies, Parenting Programmes, advice and support in addition to regarding the processing of online and credit card payments.

We will protect your information, inform you of how your information will be used, and allow you to decide if and how your information can be shared. All information that we hold is stored in secure locations.

In accordance with our need to maintain the possibility of access to client data as a result of returning clients or those who may wish to lodge a complaint in respect of our professional services to either our professional body or our insurers (i.e. in all cases perhaps after a long period of time has elapsed), we retain client data for a minimum period of 7 years.

For clients under the age of 18, data will be retained until their 25th birthday. All records held by Samantha Abraham London Life Coach and Therapies Centre Ltd will be kept for the duration specified by guidance from the ICO, in addition to the standards and ethics of ACCPCH (the professional organisation with whom we are affiliated).
