​​A brief, evidence-based parenting programme for parents of teenagers (up to 16 years) facing specific challenges such as conflict, emotional outbursts or disrespectful behaviour. Delivered one-to-one online, it focuses on building practical strategies to improve communication, strengthen relationships and restore calm at home

Format: 3–4 private consultations

(15–30 minutes each) over 4–6 weeks, including personalised guidance, take-home tip sheets and progress reviews.

Delivery: Live Zoom sessions with optional email check-ins for support between appointments.
